Celona Consulting was appointed to lead the transformation of a former butcher’s shop—Prime Cuts—into a vibrant, modern Indian street food restaurant now known as The Pukka Peacock.
Located on Sandy Park Road in Brislington, this project involved a full internal fit-out, façade upgrade, and change of use strategy to convert a long-standing local retail unit into a dynamic food and hospitality venue. The space now offers a bold, welcoming experience that reflects the brand’s personality while meeting strict compliance and operational needs.
