Steven Moyse

Director - Head of Practice

Steve has over 18 years of experience in architecture and construction, with a portfolio that spans thousands of planning applications and a wide variety of projects across the UK. His work ranges from listed building alterations and private house extensions to major schemes including two 17-storey towers — one of which was the largest steel frame and CLT hybrid building in Europe at the time of construction.

His experience includes delivering sensitive heritage projects such as listed churches on behalf of the MOD, large-scale warehousing and industrial developments (where he won North Somerset Council’s Local Authority Building Control [LABC] award in the small commercial unit category), as well as education projects such as the extension and refurbishment of one of Bristol’s largest special needs schools, delivered in partnership with Skanska UK.

In addition, Steve has designed several multi-storey steel frame car parks and has developed a strong reputation for technical design. A member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), Steve’s philosophy is straightforward: he ensures that what is drawn can be built.

As a Director at Celona Consulting Ltd, Steve leads on design management, technical coordination, and the delivery of projects that balance creativity with constructability.

Liz Moyse

Director

Liz brings over 17 years of experience from the National Health Service (NHS), where she built her career from front-line roles in A&E reception through to leading complex digital transformation projects as an IT Project Manager.

Her hands-on knowledge of operational pressures, combined with her expertise in strategic project delivery, gives her a unique perspective on managing people, processes, and technology. Liz is qualified in PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies and is a graduate of the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme, equipping her with the skills to lead high-performing teams and deliver projects with precision.

As a Director at Celona Consulting Ltd, Liz plays a key role in driving organisational effectiveness, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Her commitment to collaboration, efficiency, and innovation supports the company’s vision for growth and client success.

Nina Gromniak

Architectural Designer

Nina is the newest member of our team. She brings a musical imagination to the world of architecture, turning rhythm, harmony and creative expression into ideas on paper. Her passion for music offers a fresh perspective on how spaces can come together, with each element playing its part in creating something special.

As she channels that creativity into designing wonderful buildings, we look forward to seeing the ideas and energy she brings to our projects. We’re delighted to welcome Nina and excited to support her as she finds her own architectural voice.
