Overview
Celona Consulting was appointed to support a private homeowner at Copse Road, Clevedon, after they received incorrect advice regarding the replacement of windows in their Grade II listed property. uPVC windows had been installed without the required listed building consent, leading to an enforcement case being raised by the local authority.
Over a period of 18 months, we worked closely with both the client and the council’s conservation team to negotiate a positive outcome, ensuring the breach of planning law was resolved while safeguarding the historic character of the property.
