The existing property in Bath had a number of challenges. The bathroom could only be accessed through the kitchen, which was far from ideal for day-to-day living. The rear of the home was extremely cold due to a lack of insulation, and the conservatory space was largely unusable throughout the year.
We designed and delivered a single storey rear extension that resolved these issues. By infilling the conservatory and reconfiguring the layout, we created a more practical arrangement with improved access. Upgrading the insulation brought the house up to modern standards, making it far more comfortable and energy efficient.
The completed extension provides a warm, functional living space that connects seamlessly to the rest of the home, transforming how the property is used by the family.
